Mental Health Group Facilitator

Seeking Master's-level professionals, the part-time Mental Health Group Facilitator will facilitate telehealth group sessions, collaborate closely with therapy teams, and engage clients in meaningful discussions to support their mental health journey. Key responsibilities Facilitate group sessions using the current curriculum and best practices while fostering client engagement Collaborate with Primary Therapists and participate in therapy treatment team meetings Complete onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication with clients and team members Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities such as DBT, CBT, or EMDR Availability to work weeknights and Saturdays Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based communication software
