About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Business Development to lead the creation and execution of growth strategies with a primary focus on customer acquisition and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market growth strategies, managing key initiatives and deals, and actively supporting sales teams in deal execution. This role requires a leader who can negotiate and execute contracts, develop strategic partnerships, and drive new business while ensuring a collaborative and results-oriented environment. The SVP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, marketing, and engineering, to shape the go-to-market strategy and drive key customer development. Applicants for the SVP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years' of experience in sales management and client relationships, including a minimum of 5 years' in a VP sales/business development leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of significant growth achievement and be adept at leading sales teams. The role demands a strategic thinker who can set and drive new business to achieve long-term objectives, and who is capable of managing risk while maximizing opportunities. The SVP will be expected to create and maintain a high-performance, customer-centric culture and to be a key player in the company's overall growth and success.
