Speech -Language Therapist- Full-Time

School Speech Language Pathologist
As a School SLP, you will:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with each student's goals.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the Child Study Team to support language development in all learning environments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights for multidisciplinary planning.
- Serve as an educational consultant to staff and parents regarding communication disorders.
- Stay current with best practices and research through professional development.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- New Jersey Educational Services Certificate with Speech-Language Specialist Endorsement
- Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, treatment, and prevention of speech, language, and hearing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusion
- Must pass a criminal background check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization
