Speech -Language Therapist- Full-Time

School Speech Language Pathologist

As a School SLP, you will:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with each student's goals.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the Child Study Team to support language development in all learning environments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights for multidisciplinary planning.
• Serve as an educational consultant to staff and parents regarding communication disorders.
• Stay current with best practices and research through professional development.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• New Jersey Educational Services Certificate with Speech-Language Specialist Endorsement
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, treatment, and prevention of speech, language, and hearing disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusion
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization
