Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for senior staff. Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly. Assist in organizing travel arrangements and itineraries. Maintain confidential files and documents with discretion. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
