The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.
• Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
• Providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in partnership with other medical providers is a key duty.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion is crucial.

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is necessary. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for APRNs and PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $54.00 - USD $60.00 per hour.
