To provide in person and virtual supplemental disease state, device education, and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program. To present educational “Train The Trainer” programs, both live and virtual, to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office following client guidelines. Travel to assist in areas of the highest demand for educating patients and Spanish speaking patients. To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe. Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to, daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports. Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities, and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team. Ability to effectively manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside of territory to cover as needed. To uncover referral pathways across multidisciplinary team Responsible for documentation of all activity related to patients and offices timely and accurately. Adheres to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct. What do you need for this position? Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License Required Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience Preferred minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a respiratory disease state or related Feld. Proficiency in Spanish and English Language required Previous experience in Pharma biotech as clinical educator or in sales preferred Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the office staff Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays The base pay range for this position is $85K – $159K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
