1587 Prime is a brand new, immersive and upscale dining experience created by Noble 33 in partnership with Champions and global superstars, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef's kitchen, and a meat display.

Noble 33 is a hospitality and lifestyle company with an ever-evolving lineup of unique, social dining restaurants stateside and abroad, Noble 33 leads the management and continued expansion of iconic brands Toca Madera and Casa Madera, while also developing brand new concepts that will further expand the boundaries of high-energy fine-dining. Future targets for new locations include West Hollywood, Toronto, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Dubai.

The Bar Prep will assist the bartender in ensuring the station is stocked and prepped at all times. They will have a full understanding of our cocktail and wine program.

The Bar Prep position will assist bartenders and bar leads in preparing items needed for bar inventory. They will also be creating juices and syrups and help uphold bar and cocktail standards. Bar preps will ensure that prep and The Madera Group standards are being met. They will also practice and maintain health code standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ability to make syrups and dehydrate fruit for craft cocktails
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need additional beverages or assistance
• Ability to have extensive knowledge on how to make all of the beverages we offer on the menu
• Ensuring that the bar is stock and prepped as needed for business demand
• Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
• Assist with liquor room cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and a diligent work ethic
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a full service dining experience
• Strong knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts
• Be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs
