Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management Consultant / Lead with 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with global supply chain operations, enterprise systems, cross-functional stakeholders, and data-driven supply chain optimization.
The candidate should be capable of leading complex supply chain initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and driving process improvements across planning, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics functions.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of strong experience in Supply Chain Management / Supply Chain Consulting
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Order Management
• Experience with Demand Planning and Supply Planning
• Strong understanding of Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Procurement processes
• Experience with Inventory Optimization and Warehouse Management
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Process Mapping and Business Process Improvement
• Excellent experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience working with ERP / Supply Chain Management systems
• Strong knowledge of SAP / Oracle Supply Chain modules or equivalent enterprise platforms
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and supply chain analytics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Ability to identify supply chain gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and automation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Develop and improve processes across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management.
• Drive supply chain planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, IT, and business teams.
• Define KPIs and metrics to monitor supply chain performance.
• Support ERP and supply chain system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Prepare process flows, functional specifications, business requirements, and solution documentation.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead workshops and presentations with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage project deliverables.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise standards.
