The facility features a Level II NICU with 20 labor rooms and 3 triage rooms to support comprehensive obstetric care. The hospital maintains 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage and handles approximately 157 total deliveries annually. High-risk diagnoses represent 35.1% of encounters, though no maternal-fetal medicine specialist is available on-site.

Baytown features diverse recreational facilities including Jenkins Park with family amenities such as a dog park, skate park, splash pad, hiking trails, and playgrounds. The area offers cultural attractions including an arts and entertainment district, symphony orchestra, bayside parks with a nature center, and a water park for entertainment options. The clinician will work 24-hour shifts providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic coverage at an inpatient facility. Responsibilities include performing circumcisions, serving as first assist for procedures with hospitalist backup available, and managing patient care using the Epic EMR system. The position requires call coverage and collaboration with hospitalists who provide gynecologic coverage support.
