About the Position

Opportunity:

TRAVEL - CST L&D

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Labor & Delivery unit located on the 3rd floor of the main building
• Unit consists of 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
• Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 maximum for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for postpartum per AWHONN guidelines
• Day and night shifts consist of 1 charge RN, 2-3 L&D RNs, and 2-3 postpartum RNs
• Work with Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech equipment
• Perform procedures including versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
• Minimum 6 months of current CST L&D experience required
• BLS certification required
• NBST and DORA certifications must be active
• LDRP experience preferred
• Postpartum experience preferred
• Must demonstrate a flexible, adaptable, and professional demeanor

Facility:

This facility features a Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRPs and 2 operating rooms, supported by a dedicated team of approximately 60 staff members. The unit is equipped with modern technology including Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech systems, and provides comprehensive obstetric care including surgical procedures. The facility maintains staffing ratios in accordance with AWHONN guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.
