Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Social Worker or Counselor)

Job Description We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team! Come work in a supportive environment that promotes leadership and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that include the consumer’s problems, strengths, and preferences; including cultural, religious, and ethnic background and implications for the treatment plan. Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions virtually, in‑person, or in the community. Assess each client’s progress and adjust their treatment plans as needed. Work with other healthcare professionals and family members to support the clients’ well‑being. Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records of clients’ treatment and progress. Follow Comar Regulations and ACHC standards regarding documentation. Maintain a caseload of 15 clients or more. Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies. Demonstrate an understanding of your discipline’s ethical standards. Qualifications LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, LGADC, CAC‑AD. Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields. Familiarity with community mental health resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities. Demonstrates time management skills. Demonstrates a willingness to learn. Must be able to adapt to changes with policies and procedures in the field statewide and/or nationally.
