Title: Marketing Manager, Diadem Pickleball Complex

Summary : The Diadem Team is growing fast and we're looking for a hardworking, organized, and well-rounded Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest growing athletic brands in the country. This individual will lead the Diadem Pickleball Complex Marketing to maximize brand reach and complete market awareness in both the digital and physical formats.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both pickleball facilities in Pompano Beach and Wellington, driving brand awareness, membership growth, participation, and customer engagement.
• Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality social media content, including video, photography, reels, stories, graphics, and other creative content that showcases the facilities, players, events, programs, and overall pickleball experience.
• Manage and grow social media channels, developing a consistent content calendar and leveraging current trends to increase reach, engagement, and community interaction.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive bookings, event participation, memberships, promotions, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives, using email, social media, promotions, events, and other touchpoints to keep customers engaged and coming back.
• Build and manage relationships with local businesses, community organizations, pickleball brands, influencers, and other strategic partners to create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and manage sponsorship opportunities, including prospecting, outreach, activation, and ongoing sponsor relationships.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns around memberships, leagues, tournaments, clinics, special events, promotions, and new programs.
• Lead event marketing efforts, creating promotional strategies and content to drive awareness, registration, attendance, and engagement before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate closely with facility leadership, operations, programming, events, and other team members to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and the customer experience.
• Monitor marketing performance across social media, email, campaigns, partnerships, and events, using data and insights to continually improve results.
• Stay current on pickleball trends, social media trends, content formats, and local market opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media, email, promotional materials, events, and facility communications.
• Capture and share the energy and personality of the pickleball community, helping position both facilities as destinations where players want to play, connect, compete, and return.
• Take a hands-on, collaborative approach to marketing, working alongside the team to brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, create content, and bring new initiatives to life.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Must have a strong interest in racket sports (pickleball and/or tennis).
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Portfolio required with relevant work samples.
• Preferred experience in any of the following skills: photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and digital content.
• Experience with digital and physical/traditional marketing.
• Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
• Proficient with marketing software and creative tools.
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
• In-office position with time split between HQ and facilities

Location: On site in pompano Beach, Florida 

Compensation : 55k-75k/annually
