Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned neighborhoods or territories to introduce and promote fiber optic services.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing options to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize interest and conversions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Collect customer information accurately for follow-up or installation scheduling.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using provided tools or systems.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies during all outreach activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer engagement is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on territory coverage.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
• Basic organizational skills for managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Enthusiasm for technology products, particularly fiber optic services, is a plus.
