Production Scheduler

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) – Manitowoc, WI – is seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Production Scheduler to coordinate production activities and ensure jobs move efficiently through our operation. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity. Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to prioritize work and ensure production readiness. Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules as priorities change. Communicate schedule updates, delays, and potential risks to leadership and production teams. Track production performance and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate scheduling and work order information within ERP/MRP systems. Prepare production reports and provide updates to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and scheduling efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing administration, or a related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
