Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Camarillo / Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and neurological caseload while delivering evidence‑based care focused on functional outcomes and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions Focus on ADLs, fine motor skills, upper‑extremity rehabilitation, and functional mobility Provide hands‑on therapeutic and functional treatments using evidence‑based techniques Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies Complete evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and timely Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and clinic staff Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapy license (or license‑eligible) Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Sign‑on Bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuing education support Modern facilities with strong referral networks Supportive, team‑based clinic culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Camarillophysicaltherapy
