Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM shift | Patient ratio 4:1 (5:1 during surge)

Highlights:

• 24-bed Emergency Department with established team of 45+ staff members
• Collaborative shift structure with dedicated charge nurse, mid-shift support, and EMT assistance
• EMR system: Meditech / CPN with GE monitoring equipment
• Perform essential procedures including port access, IV starts, venipuncture, nasal wash, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and Foley placement
• Supportive environment with experienced staff and modern technology
• Travel nursing assignment with competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Emergency Department experience (required)
• Active RN license eligible for Colorado practice
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC, NIH, and CPI Blue Card
• ENPC certification (PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC)
• CEN certification preferred
• CPEN and ultrasound-guided IV competency preferred
• Pediatric Emergency Department experience a plus
