Mental Health Associate

The Mental Health Specialist (MHS) works with other team caregivers of inpatient unit staff to provide patient care in a variety of job duties, and under the direct supervision of the Social Work Supervisor, RN, or the Mental Health Professional, or the inpatient Unit Manager or Director.

Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year experience in an acute or residential inpatient psychiatric facility in a similar role. Applicable internship or practicum experience may be applied towards required years of experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
