Post Rehab is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship while building valuable experience in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Provide skilled therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New York
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
• New graduates seeking their CFY are encouraged to apply
