What You’ll Do

As a Home Health RN, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and long-term care settings

• Conduct assessments and ongoing care planning

• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and monitoring

• Coordinate care with physicians, APRNs, therapists, and families

• Educate patients and caregivers with compassion and clarity

• Document services accurately and timely

• Be part of a collaborative, supportive care team

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for nurses who:

• Are licensed Registered Nurses (RN) in the State of Indiana

• Have strong clinical judgment and compassion

• Value teamwork, communication, and patient dignity

• Want flexibility and work-life balance

• Prefer a supportive environment over burnout culture

• Home health experience is a plus—but not required
