We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Summary: The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Retention bonus after 6 months of work.Key Responsibilities:Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishesChange dishwater in dish machine every hourWash pots, pans and trays by handRemove trash and garbage to dumpsterSet up or break down dishwashing areaClean and roll/unroll matsFill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutionsSweep/mop floorsSweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpsterConduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directedWipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dryFull compliance with the Department of Health regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Hiring for both AM and PM ShiftsQualifications and Knowledge:Understanding the knowledge of safety and sanitationMust be dependableMust be able to work well in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to take directionBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Bonuses after 6 months of retentionEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon Troon started as one facility in 1990 and has since grown to become the world's largest professional club management company.
