Microsoft 365 Support Engineer

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring strong, hands-on expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, in an enterprise setting.
• We have experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and understand the need for urgency, discretion, and polished communication.
• We are familiar with Microsoft 365 migration environments and the realities of working in post-migration, classic versus modern online workflows.
• We take a proactive, solutions-focused approach and work to prevent issues before they affect productivity.
• We possess excellent communication skills and executive presence, allowing us to explain technical matters clearly and confidently.
• We are able to maintain professionalism in high-visibility, relationship-driven support situations.

• We partner directly with executive leaders to create a smooth daily experience across Microsoft 365.
• We identify and eliminate friction points in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint before they interrupt work.
• We resolve urgent, high-impact issues quickly, including meeting access problems, collaboration disruptions, and cross-device inconsistencies.
• We guide leaders through live troubleshooting with clarity, explaining both the solution and the reasoning behind it.
• We help drive stronger adoption of M365 tools as new features are introduced in phases.
• We collaborate across infrastructure, security, and migration teams to address more complex technical challenges.
• We deliver a white-glove support experience marked by technical depth, discretion, confidence, and professionalism.
• We assist executives in navigating the transition from legacy workflows to modern Microsoft 365 experiences.
