Requirements

MD or DO degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in their respective field of medicine. Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in intended practice state. Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage and other required insurance at standard market rates.
