The manager is a highly organized project manager that ensures the successful launch of newest PACE centers across the nation. The role also serves as an operation manager, supporting the onboarding and operational excellence at new centers. Serve as the primary project manager for assigned launches, including managing an issues list & project plan, coordinating & facilitating meetings, and providing status updates. Ensure new center staff are onboarded, trained, and mentored in alignment with best practices. Support the center licensing process as needed, including outfitting new centers, creating policy binders, pulling staff files, and more. Continuously improve and codify enterprise best practices in the new market launch playbook to apply at future new program launches. Job requirements Must be currently located and residing near Los Angeles. Must be comfortable with 20-25% travel based on projects and business needs. Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Bachelor’s degree. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or related process improvement methodologies highly desired. Minimum of four years of project and process improvement experience in the healthcare industry; PACE experience highly desired. Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting with the ability to independently manage full‑scope healthcare operations initiatives with minimal direction. Hands‑on facilitator of complex clinical operations improvement initiatives while also directing more junior team members on sub‑workstreams. Experience leading teams with direct reports including hiring, onboarding, training, and providing feedback and mentorship. Microsoft Office competency. Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms. Outstanding critical and analytical thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills. Compensation The compensation consists of a base salary plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications. Estimated salary: $109,240.54 – $144,197.50 USD.
