Description The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team‑focused environment. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous paid time off Company vehicle, including gas card (vehicle and card for business use only) iPhone & iPad, tools/cleaning supplies, uniform, including shoes & seasonal gear provided Responsibilities Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Vehicle maintenance as required Qualifications One or more years of experience preferred Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset Competent use of iPad & iPhone Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials High School Degree or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License, required Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40, overtime available Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $22-25 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
