Job Description
The Kitchen and Bath Installer plays a crucial role in transforming residential homes by installing cabinetry, fixtures, and related components with precision and care. Working primarily with a Lead Install, the installer applies general materials knowledge to ensure high-quality results in both kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Our goal for this position is to promote this employee to Lead Installer status within a 3 - 6 months. M-F with weekends off - Overtime each week
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings in residential homes
- Collaborate as needed to complete installation projects efficiently
- Diagnose and solve installation-related problems on-site
- Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening of all installed components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after installations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in installation or construction
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with cabinet installation
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Basic knowledge of electrical work
