This leadership position is designed for an individual eager to guide and enhance the pediatric urology program within one of the leading pediatric health organizations in the country. The Division Chief will play a crucial role in providing exceptional clinical care while fostering program development and supporting our academic mission through education, mentorship, and research. Our physicians work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that prioritizes innovation and high-quality patient care.

• Situated within a 566-bed regional hospital campus
• The only dedicated children's hospital in the region, offering a full range of pediatric services
• Features a dedicated pediatric emergency department and trauma center
• Onsite Ronald McDonald House and Family Room available for families of patients
• Home to a pediatric residency program that has been training physicians since 1970
• Utilizes Cerner EMR across the health system

• Leadership role as Division Chief of Pediatric Urology within a nationally recognized children's health system
• Opportunity to deliver comprehensive pediatric urology care, encompassing both medical and surgical management
• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary pediatric specialists in a growing regional children's hospital
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient consultations as well as surgical care
• Lead initiatives aimed at quality improvement and help establish standardized clinical pathways to enhance patient care
• Contribute to academic programs, including resident education, medical student teaching, and research projects
• Work closely with pediatric residents through clinical teaching and rounding
