We provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services throughout the Fairfield and New Haven areas, while also offering traditional therapy services to families. As part of our team, you will:
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and management team to provide the best outcomes for clients and families
Conduct assessments including FBAs, Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and more
Develop individualized behavior support plans and treatment programs
Train and mentor staff and parents with compassion and confidence
Monitor data collection and staff performance to ensure quality care
Collaborate with schools, therapists, and outside providers for a team-based approach
Continue growing professionally through ongoing mentorship, training, and evidence-based practices
Help create meaningful, compassionate, and flexible supports for every client

Qualifications:
BCBA Certification or currently in the process of obtaining certification
Connecticut Licensure
Masters degree in ABA or related field with ABA certification
Experience as a BCBA preferred, but we are open to mentoring the right candidate
