Metal FabricatorPay: $18-22Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMAre you experienced in metal fabrication and finishing? We are seeking a dependable Metal Finishing & Fabrication Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is committed to safety and precision.Responsibilities:Prepare metal surfaces using dual-action (DA) sanders for finishing and paintingCut metal materials to specifications using band saws and other cutting equipmentOperate clamp cell press brake machinesPerform sandblasting to clean and prepare metal surfacesApply primers, paints, and protective coatings using spray equipmentInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsPerform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas cleanFollow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required PPEQualifications:Required:High school diploma or GED1+ years of experience in a metal shop or fabrication environmentExperience using industrial equipment such as sanders, saws, and sandblasting equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints or technical instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityPreferred:Experience with industrial paint systems or powder coating???????Forklift and/or overhead crane certificationOSHA safety training or certificationWhy Work with Employment Solutions:We work with a variety of clients and consider you for all roles that may match your background and requirementsNo fee to you!We strive to help individuals find their passion and grow their professional experienceIf you are dependable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on position with growth potential, we encourage you to apply today!
