What You'll Do
- Interior and exterior residential/commercial painting
- Cabinet painting experience is a plus
- Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every project
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong prep and finishing skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
