Mammography Tech I/RAD - 94752

The mammographer performs screening and diagnostic mammography and bone density/ Dexa examinations, meeting all requirements of ARRT, ACR, FDA/MQSA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammogram procedures
• Perform bone density procedures
• Review mammogram reports for the need of follow up imaging and coordinate imaging with patient and/or ordering office
• Review daily schedules and charges for accuracy
• Perform and document QC at required intervals to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meet MQSA/FDA and ACR requirements
• Track and maintain appropriate data for MQSA/FDA and ACR inspections
