Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Setting: Outpatient.
• Patient care includes 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.

Location Highlights

Crosby offers access to both outdoor recreation and the Houston metro area. Crosby is about 25 miles northeast of downtown Houston and sits near Lake Houston, which supports boating, fishing, and waterfront leisure.
