Summary You will serve as a OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Support Equipment (SE) & Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Group of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE within the Operations Department, Digital Engineering Division and the Data and Applications Branch (BL72200). - You will develop and deploy complex data analyses and mathematical models to assess programmatic risks and support acquisition decisions across the entire weapon system life cycle.
- You will conduct Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs) and create mathematical optimization models to maximize return on investment and guide strategic resource allocation for funding, personnel, and schedules.
- You will lead large-scale analytical projects, translate highly technical findings into formal briefings for senior leadership, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 422, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Functional Area and Tier assigned to the position, along with Continuous Learning (CL) points, are required within established timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
