Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team Document patient care and maintain accurate records Participate in hospital rounds and patient case discussions Educate patients and families on health management Ensure adherence to hospital policies and medical protocols Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Associate-level experience in Internal Medicine or related field Current and valid medical license in relevant state Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Benefits 12-hour day and night shifts Daily Census: 21-22 patients Patient Population: Adults 25 beds Paid travel and expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
