Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments for patients, gathering comprehensive histories that inform treatment plans. \n
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals. \n
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using various therapeutic models suited to a diverse clientele, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Perform crisis interventions as necessary, providing immediate support and resources to patients in distress. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state and federal guidelines. \n
- Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and fellow social workers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care. \n
- Participate actively in staff meetings, peer consultations, and continuing education workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. \n
- Keep abreast of advancements and best practices in the mental health field, integrating new methodologies into clinical practice. \n

This full-time position offers an attractive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
