Molding Process Engineer

Rainin Instrument, a proud subsidiary of METTLER TOLEDO, is seeking a talented and self-driven Process Engineer to be a key player on our Molding team. This is your opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in the production of high-quality pipette tips and other critical products. What You’ll Do Develop and optimize molding processes and parameters to maximize product quality and production efficiency. Collaborate closely with design engineers, tool makers, and project managers to create cost-effective tooling solutions. Maintain detailed molding process records ensuring consistency and excellence. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to elevate performance. Support and train molding team members to build a knowledgeable, high-performing team. To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. Please note that we do not provide relocation at this time. What You Need to Succeed Associate's degree in a relevant field plus 10 years related experience in an injection molding environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Oral/Written Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; monitors own work to ensure quality; demonstrates commitment and supports the Company's Quality Management System Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
