Precision Advanced Manufacturing is a Southern California-based manufacturer of complex, high-tolerance components and assemblies serving mission-critical markets including space, aerospace, defense, and precision industrial applications. We are hiring a Salesperson to help drive new business while owning customer relationships. This is a hybrid sales role for someone who can hunt for new work, manage RFQs and pipeline. What You’ll Do Hunt and close new business, including target identification, RFQs, pipeline management, and bookings growth Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep customers informed Maintain strong CRM discipline in Salesforce What We’re Looking For Proven hunter with a track record of closing new business Daily Salesforce CRM experience, including pipeline ownership Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency Ability to work on-site in Anaheim, CA Preferred Experience Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or precision industrial background MRP experience, ideally JobBOSS Blueprint reading and/or GD&T knowledge What Success Looks Like Success in this role means generating qualified opportunities, converting RFQs into bookings, building strong customer relationships, and helping ensure new and repeat business moves smoothly.
