HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Blue Ridge, GA.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and identify potential system issues
• Accurately assess equipment performance and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain service needs clearly
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and with a high level of workmanship
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Work independently while remaining a strong member of the overall service team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• At least 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
