Are you ready to start your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. As a Leasing Consultant you'll have the advantage of learning from our successful team at Wexford Village at Devonshirein Scott Depot, WV.We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.Monarch Investment and Management Group is a winner of the National Apartment Associations 2021 Best Places to Work. We currently manage over 80,000 apartment units in 26 states, making us the 10th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC. - Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations programKnowledge, Skills and Experience:- Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
- Bilingual skill a plus
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Yardi experience a plus!
