Job Details: Location: 4600 Spotsylvania Parkway, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22408 Position Type: Full-time, night shift Shift Hours: 12 hours Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 09/07/2026 Required Qualifications: Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS); Education: Current RN license; Experience: 1 year of relevant experience; No specific location requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Responsibilities include: Managing inductions, cesarean sections (C/S), spontaneous vaginal deliveries (SVD), and providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care. Typical skill set: Most recruited for: travel RNs, local certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and sitters. Personality fit: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are ideal. Dress Code: Scrubs are mandatory; OR scrubs on unit are required. Additional Information: Come work with a group of highly engaged nurses who are helping to grow the unit.
