As a Data Analyst Lead you will think strategically and apply your skills in project management, business analysis, data visualization, change management, troubleshooting and training to implement business processes and applications.Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain reports and dashboard, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across teamAnalyze program data to evaluate market potential and come up with recommendations.Perform a variety of quality control checks to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systemsPerform database queries (Redshift DW) and program data analysis as requestedGather and prioritize user requirementsPerform and/or manage user acceptance and regression testingWrite user manuals, train users, and provide technical support on reporting toolsManage projects and client communication. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Other duties as assigned
