Dove Technologies is seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to fill a dual-role position as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Bookkeeping. This position divides time between supporting customers and assisting with accounting functions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

 

Bookkeeping Duties

• Enter accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records
• File financial and administrative documents
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks as assigned
• Support office operations and administrative functions as needed
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and recordkeeping

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Critical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with computers and business software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
