Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and clients
• Develop new business through sales and networking
• Answer multi-line phones and assist walk-in applicants
• Complete new hire onboarding and employment paperwork
• Match applicants with job opportunities
• Maintain accurate computer records and documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and associates
• Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset is required
• Outgoing, bubbly personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
