Process Engineer – Automation Focus

Lincoln Electric is looking for a Process Engineer – Automation Focus to help transform manufacturing operations through automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement smart manufacturing solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and efficiency. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and support automation and process improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes through technology.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Develop process documentation and operational standards. 

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).

Experience in manufacturing and industrial process environments.

Experience leading or supporting automation projects.

Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, industrial controls, and instrumentation.

Advanced English proficiency is mandatory , as this position regularly collaborates with global teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Omron, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.

Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or advanced data analysis tools.
