Position Title Production Specialist (Full & part‑time available) Location Topsham, Maine Job Duties Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items. Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor. Prioritizing safety and following agency safety policies. Collaborating with supervisors to meet individual production goals. Minimum Qualifications Basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job. Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successful completion of a criminal background check that meets agency standards. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
