Cashier and Receptionist

Hometown Toyota is seeking someone to start in this position with possible advancement and training. This position will involve cashiering, receptionist, helping in accounting, balancing the till, making deposits to banking and various accounting duties. Hours Tuesday-Saturday Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Duties Delivering unrivaled customer service with each client interaction Determining customer vehicle service needs by asking appropriate questions and researching vehicle history Maintaining customer & vehicle information in associated software systems Communicating with customers and co-workers via phone and email Ideal Candidate Have a positive attitude Have proficient verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable using a computer and multi-line phone system Be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Be able to politely and accurately determine clients needs Be confident, driven and excited to grow and succeed Working Conditions Working conditions are in an accounting office in an auto dealership environment, spending up to the full work shift working on PC display screens and with telephone systems.
