Pieology is building a local community program around our restaurants, and we are hiring a Community Marketing Representative to lead it in the field.

 

This is not an events or sampling job. This is a relationship-building and local sales role. You will spend most of your week outside the restaurant, meeting the people who decide where their teams, students, guests, residents, and members eat.

 

What you will do

• Build and maintain a database of local decision-makers within a 3–10 mile radius: HR and office managers, school and youth sports coordinators, church and nonprofit leaders, HOA and property managers, hotel front-desk and concierge staff, realtors and local business owners.
• Make in-person visits, introduce Pieology as a community partner, and present our offers: staff meal programs, group orders, catering, fundraiser nights, team meals and event support.
• Convert relationships into activations: office lunches, fundraiser nights, team meals, hotel referral programs, HOA events, school events, catering test orders.
• Follow up on a disciplined weekly cadence and keep every contact, visit, result and next step recorded.
• Report weekly on activity and conversion KPIs: contacts added, visits, meetings, activations, catering and group orders generated.

 

What we are looking for

 

• 2+ years in outside sales, community outreach, local store marketing, catering sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself and asking for the decision-maker.
• Organized: you will own a contact database and a follow-up calendar, and you will be measured on both activity and results.
• Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver's license & valid FL Auto Insurance
• Proficiency in social media platforms is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing or related field a plus
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for community events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
