Graphic Designer

Fully Onsite- No REMOTE options Print and Digital | Webflow Experience a Plus Position Overview: A client of ours is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join its marketing team. This role primarily focuses on traditional print and digital graphic design for a family of brands. Approximately 75% of the position involves creating brochures, product specification sheets, line drawings, and assets for email and social media campaigns. Experience with website design, particularly Webflow, is a strong plus and may account for approximately 15% of the role. This may include website maintenance, landing page development, and image editing. Video creation and editing experience is also beneficial. This is a full-time, on-site position that works closely with marketing and sales in a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial marketing environment. Key Responsibilities: Brand and Creative Design Design and update sales literature, brochures, product specification sheets, line drawings, technical diagrams, trade show graphics, presentations, catalogs, and other marketing collateral. Create and maintain visual assets for email marketing and social media campaigns. Ensure all materials follow established brand standards and maintain a cohesive visual identity across the company’s family of brands. Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts that communicate effectively to industrial and manufacturing audiences. Update existing collateral as products, specifications, and pricing change. Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, graphics, templates, and campaign materials. Assist with branding initiatives, design systems, and visual storytelling across print and digital platforms. Website Design and Webflow Maintain and update existing brand websites built on Webflow. Develop landing pages and page layouts to support campaigns and product launches. Edit and optimize images for web use. Apply modern UI and UX design principles to keep websites visually engaging, easy to navigate, and mobile responsive. Work within existing content management systems and established brand design systems. Apply general SEO best practices to page content, structure, and on-page elements. Troubleshoot basic website issues and support overall website health. Video and Multimedia Create and edit short-form videos for product showcases, social content, recruiting, and marketing campaigns. Support photography coordination and other multimedia storytelling as needed. Qualifications: Required Experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital graphic design work. Experience creating brochures, product specification sheets, product literature, line drawings, and other marketing collateral. Strong attention to detail with a well-developed eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects and remain accountable to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Experience with Webflow, including website maintenance, landing page development, and image editing. Familiarity with modern UI and UX design principles, content management systems, and responsive web design. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Video creation and editing experience. Experience with HubSpot Marketing or a similar CRM and email marketing platform. Experience supporting B2B manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical brands. Software and Technical Skills: Required Adobe Illustrator Preferred Webflow HubSpot Marketing or a similar platform Basic HTML and CSS Professional Strengths: Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team.
