Quality Control Inspector

We are currently seeking a QC Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through detailed inspection, testing, and documentation in alignment with established engineering and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications Utilize mechanical and electrical inspection tools and test equipment Complete and maintain accurate quality documentation (nonconformance reports, rework tags, etc.) Support compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100/AS9120 quality standards Record and maintain inspection and test data for traceability Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances (GD&T knowledge a plus) Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to work independently and within a team environment What's Offered: Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off Short-term and long-term disability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Surge Staffing
