What does a Occupational Therapist do?
As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist at Moreau Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. You will develop tailored therapy plans and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and overall well-being. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and support for each patient.
Engaging with patients and their families, you will provide education on therapeutic exercises and strategies for daily living. Regular documentation of patient progress and outcomes will be essential, ensuring that communication within the team remains clear and effective. You will also participate in team meetings, sharing insights and innovations to continuously improve our services.
