In this onsite BCBA role, you’ll expand your leadership skills by supervising one of our talented contractors while impacting students across K-12 grades. Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and Certified BCBA status required
• Prior experience with children or students with disabilities
• Strong background working with children with autism; prior BCBA experience preferred
• Able to supervise and mentor staff

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a fellow contractor, offering guidance and support
• Oversee behavioral interventions and data collection for a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans ensuring best outcomes for students
